HOPE Poultry Automatic Nest Systems provide a dark and comfortable environment suitable for natural laying behavior while ensuring the safe transfer of eggs to the collection belt. The system is designed to reduce egg breakage rates, maintain hygiene standards, and optimize labor efficiency.
Each project is individually configured according to poultry house layout and line length requirements.
System Advantages
Hygienic Egg Collection
The sloped nest floor allows eggs to be transferred directly to the collection belt with minimal contact time. Contamination and manure contact are minimized.
Gentle Egg Transfer
The perforated polypropylene (PP) belt structure is designed to transport eggs smoothly and safely without vibration. Crack and breakage rates are minimized.
Automatic Nest Expeller
At the end of the laying period, the system gently guides hens out of the nest area, helping maintain cleanliness inside the nesting section.
Comfortable Nest Floor
A cleanable and durable surface is provided with plastic or rubber mat options that support natural laying behavior.
Durable Frame
High resistance against humid poultry house environments is ensured through Z-275 hot-dip galvanized steel sheet construction.
Technical Design & Components
The system consists of body construction, collection belt, drive unit, and mat surface components. All components are selected based on long service life and maintenance convenience.
