Designed based on load distribution, vibration control, and long-term durability principles.

Frame & Support Structure

60 cm Stabilization Spacing

Main support legs and feed line supports are positioned at 60 cm intervals. This structure ensures balanced load transfer to the ground, reduces vibration, and supports structural integrity.

Reinforced Floor Support

The multiple sub-support wires used in each cage reduce floor flexibility. This design lowers egg breakage rates while supporting animal comfort and foot health.

30 cm Manure Belt Support

Support legs positioned at 30 cm intervals along the manure belts prevent belt sagging and reduce motor load. This allows the system to operate more stably, quietly, and energy-efficiently.
